Made-to-Order Processing Time All of our items are handmade with love and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be crafted before it ships. During busy seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates We ship via USPS, and shipping costs are calculated in real time based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You'll see your exact shipping rate at checkout before completing your purchase — no surprises!

Dispatch & Delivery Once your order is complete and handed off to USPS, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Domestic (US): 2–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

International Orders We ship internationally! Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may be assessed by your country upon arrival — these charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Local Pickup Prefer to pick up your order? We offer local pickup — please allow at least 5+ days for your item to be made before it's ready. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
